Think of it as the recipe behind every finished product.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>What is a Bill of Material (BOM)?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>A bill of material is a detailed list that shows all the components, raw materials, sub-components, and parts needed to make a product [1]. It also includes the quantity of each item, part numbers, and sometimes instructions for assembly.
