Dalam rangka menyeimbangkan antara berbagai aspek yang ada dan saling berkaitan satu sama lain, kesadaran akan tinjauan terhadap <em>Sustainable Development Goals<\/em> (SDGs) yang digagas oleh <em>United Nations<\/em> mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan untuk memilih pemasok jangka panjang. Hal ini berdampak pada kegiatan operasional yang mendukung tanggung jawab penuh terhadap lingkungan dan rantai pasok yang berkelanjutan.<\/p>\n<p>Banyak dimensi yang dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan untuk memilih pemasok berkelanjutan, diantaranya ekonomi, lingkungan, dan sosial. Dari berbagai dimensi tersebut, dapat dijabarkan lebih lanjut ke beberapa kriteria. Dimensi ekonomi memiliki kriteria seperti kualitas, waktu pengiriman, harga, serta kemampuan teknis dan sistem produksi. Dimensi lingkungan memiliki kriteria diantaranya sistem manajemen lingkungan dan energi, kebijakan manufaktur berkelanjutan, penggunaan material yang ramah lingkungan dan dapat didaur ulang. Dimensi sosial memiliki kriteria seperti tanggung jawab sosial, kesejahteraan dan pertumbuhan pekerja, perkembangan budaya organisasi, ketaatan terhadap peraturan, serta keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-1250 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/base.binus.ac.id\/business-engineering\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2024\/10\/Picture5.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"650\" height=\"376\" srcset=\"https:\/\/base.binus.ac.id\/business-engineering\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2024\/10\/Picture5.png 602w, https:\/\/base.binus.ac.id\/business-engineering\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2024\/10\/Picture5-480x277.png 480w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 650px) 100vw, 650px\" \/>Gambar: Hirarki dalam Pemilihan Pemasok Berkelanjutan (Rahardjo et al., 2023)<\/p>\n<p>Salah satu model yang dikembangkan dalam pemilihan pemasok berkelanjutan adalah Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) dan Analytic Network Process (ANP), atau biasa digabung dengan istilah DANP. Selain itu, metode VIseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje (VIKOR) juga digunakan sebagai analisa tambahan yang lebih mendalam dan spesifik dari hasil yang telah didapatkan dari model DANP.
