Baterai fast\u2011charging generasi kedua ini mampu menambah <strong>520 km<\/strong> jangkauan hanya dalam <strong>5 menit<\/strong> pengisian pada stasiun berdaya tinggi\u2014empat kali lipat kecepatan Tesla V3 Supercharger yang hanya mencapai sekitar 120 km dalam waktu yang sama.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2075 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/base.binus.ac.id\/automotive-robotics-engineering\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2025\/04\/Picture2-2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"624\" height=\"248\" srcset=\"https:\/\/base.binus.ac.id\/automotive-robotics-engineering\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2025\/04\/Picture2-2.png 624w, https:\/\/base.binus.ac.id\/automotive-robotics-engineering\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2025\/04\/Picture2-2-480x191.png 480w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 624px) 100vw, 624px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Pada gelaran <strong>Super Tech Day<\/strong> di Shanghai, CATL memamerkan Shenxing Gen-2 dengan dukungan puncak daya <strong>&gt;1,3\u202fMW<\/strong>, memungkinkan laju pengisian <strong>2,5 km per detik<\/strong>. Lebih dari <strong>67 model<\/strong> EV dipastikan mengadopsi teknologi ini pada 2025, menegaskan ambisi CATL mendominasi pasar baterai global.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Perbandingan Utama<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Shenxing Gen-2 (CATL)<\/strong>: 520\u202fkm jangkauan dalam 5\u202fmenit (\u2248104\u202fkm\/menit)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Supercharger V3 (Tesla)<\/strong>: 75\u202fmil (\u2248120\u202fkm) dalam 5\u202fmenit (\u224824\u202fkm\/menit)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Kinerja dalam Kondisi Ekstrem<\/strong> Shenxing Gen-2 juga membuktikan keandalannya pada suhu <strong>\u201310\u202f\u00b0C<\/strong>, mencapai <strong>5\u202f%\u219280\u202f%<\/strong> kapasitas dalam <strong>15\u202fmenit<\/strong>. Sedangkan Tesla V3 mencatat penurunan efisiensi signifikan di bawah titik beku, meski data spesifik belum dipublikasikan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rancang Bangun &amp; Manajemen<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Arsitektur Termal Canggih<\/strong> menjaga stabilitas suhu selama pengisian megawatt.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Battery Management System<\/strong> real\u2011time mengatur arus dan voltase, memperpanjang umur sel.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Material LFP High\u2011Density<\/strong> dengan lapisan nano\u2011karbon pada katoda untuk <strong>12C peak charging<\/strong> tanpa degradasi cepat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Tantangan Infrastruktur<\/strong> Ketersediaan stasiun pengisian megawatt masih terbatas. Banyak charger publik hanya mendukung hingga <strong>350\u202fkW<\/strong>, sekitar 27\u202f% kebutuhan puncak Shenxing Gen-2. Untuk menjadikan ultrafast charging sebagai standar, <strong>pemerintah<\/strong>, <strong>operator energi<\/strong>, dan <strong>pabrikan<\/strong> perlu bersinergi membangun koridor pengisian baru.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kesimpulan<\/strong> Dengan Shenxing Gen-2, CATL menetapkan tolok ukur baru fast\u2011charging EV.
