Kompetisi hemat energi ini diikuti oleh tim dari berbagai negara (di wilayah Asia Pacific &amp; Middle East) dan tim paling banyak adalah tim dari Indonesia (sekitar 16 tim).<\/p>\n<p>Apa sih Shell Eco-marathon??<\/p>\n<p>Dalam website resminya (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.shellecomarathon.com\/about.html\">https:\/\/www.shellecomarathon.com\/about.html<\/a>) disebutkan bahwa:<\/p>\n<p>Shell Eco-marathon is one of the world\u2019s leading energy-efficiency engineering programmes for students. It aims to push the boundaries of what is technically possible and inspire young people to become leading scientists and engineers of future energy solutions.<\/p>\n<p>Pada SEM APME 2025 ini, BINUS ASO mengirimkan 1 tim yaitu D\u2019BASE Team Proto yang mengikuti kategori Prototype Battery Electric. Kompetisi ini terbagi menjadi dua tahap yaitu Off track dan On track. Tahap Off track meliputi pendaftaran secara online dan pengecekan berkas-berkas teknis secara online. Setelah lolos tahap off track, peserta kemudian bisa mengikuti tahap kompetisi on track di stadiun Lusail - Qatar.<\/p>\n<p>Sebelum bisa memacu kendaraan di track balap, terdapat fase yang paling penting dari kompetisi ini yaitu setiap tim harus bisa lulus TI atau Techinical Inspection. Pada fase ini, tim harus bisa menunjukkan kendaraannya sesuai dengan kriteria panitia SEM, termasuk berat pengemudi.<\/p>\n<p>Pada fase TI, D\u2019BASE Team Proto sempat mengalami kendala pada beberapa kategori tes TI. D'BASE Team Lulus TI (Technical Inspection)<\/p>\n<p>Fase terakhir yang tidak kalah menegangkan adalah menguji kendaraan di track balap sirkuit Lusail -\u00a0 Qatar. D'BASE Team Proto menguji kendaraannya di track sirkuit Lusail - Qatar.<\/p>\n<p>Meskipun melelahkan, tim tetap semangat dan beberapa kali tim perlu melakukan penyesuaian untuk mendapatkan performa optimal. Yang menyenangkan adalah sangat banyak warga Indonesia di Qatar dan mereka sangat ramah dan peduli. Termasuk KBRI Qatar yang membantu memfasilitasi bis baik dari bandara ke hotel maupun balik ke bandara saat pulang.
